Another precious moment to remind me why I am a teacher:

Here is a poem that one of my sweet students pulled out of her pocket at the end of the day and gave it to me...I am typing exactly how she wrote it...

everytime I see a blasom tree it will always remind me of my teacher Ms. Basom.

Your beauty is better than what you fill my heart with.

and when your cheaks are red I know that smile of yours will fill our hearts with joy.

and you smell like an everyday spring flower.

and all of my sight can only be seen on you.

and you are only be seen by me as a math beauty queen.

My niece, Brenley Grey was born on August 27, 2009! She was 8lb 12oz 20 inches long. Such a cute little girl! I treasure her!

Dallas Cowboy's Stadium

At the end of June, my family and I went on a tour of the new Dallas Cowboy's Stadium. I was impressed. The tour was over an hour long and we were able to go on the field, in the Cowboy's locker room, club areas, sit in expensive stadium seats etc...

Ok so I just adore my niece. She has been so social these days and I wanted to share some clear statements that I have heard...

"What happened?"
"What's that noise?"
"There you are." (Referring to a doll in my room)
"Hi Teddy Bear!" She says hi to a lot of things. :)
"So cute!"
"Excuse me."
"Come on..."
"Plane. Plane." As she points to the sky.
